Imtrade Australia can assist you to meet all of your liquid-based manufacturing needs on time and within specification. Whether you require a small simple one-off blend or a regular service constructing a complex formulation and incorporating quality assurance measures and laboratory backing, we can help. Our Kwinana Beach manufacturing facility is well appointed with formulation vessels capable of handling batches of varying sizes of anywhere between 200 and 26,000L.
Our range of stainless steel blending vessels is supplemented by specialist materials handling and processing plant. We can safely manage exothermic reactions (with temperature control via a cooling circuit), the processing of flammable liquids (via intrinsically safe plant and equipment) and have vast experience of dangerous goods and hazardous substances. Imtrade Australia has intimate knowledge of the manufacture and quality control of liquid formulations including soluble concentrates, emulsifiable concentrates and emulsions.
We are currently commissioning an additional plant and look forward to offering the manufacture of suspensions and suspension concentrates in the near future. Our workforce of thirty includes chemists, chemical engineers and a biochemist with many years of manufacturing and technical expertise. We operate our own purpose-built laboratory at our Kwinana Beach manufacturing facility to support our operations with modern instrumentation including:
- Fourier transform infra-red spectrophotometer (FTIR)
- Gas chromatograph (GC)
- Gas chromatograph – Mass spectrometer (GC-MS)
- High performance liquid chromatograph (HPLC)
- Karl-Fischer titrator (KF)
This is supplemented with a range of conventional equipment for standard physical testing (eg. Dust content, pH, SG, viscosity, particle size, dispersion, wettability, friability, attrition resistance, etc). Imtrade Australia’s approach to toll manufacturing reaches beyond simply blending materials on your behalf. In addition to our testing capability we also offer packaging, repackaging, the storage of dangerous goods/hazardous substances, batch remediation, trouble-shooting, formulation development and the registration of agricultural chemicals with the APVMA. Our unique blend of technical ability and experience places Imtrade Australia at the head of the queue for all of your APVMA registration needs.
